If necessary, we will set up a meeting to go meet with the client. |

Yes, we have been a DFA approved advisor since 2006. |
Do you offer your asset management services to 401K plans?

Safety of Assets |
Where will my assets be held?
Client assets will be held at the brokerage firm of your choice, such as Charles Schwab & Co, Inc. or TD Ameritrade. |
Do I have access to my account once under your advisory?
Yes, you may access your account via online. This service is provided to you through the custodians, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and TD Ameritrade. |
What if I am dissatisfied with your services?
If you are dissatisfied at any point with our services, you may de-link as an advisor at anytime, and you will not be charged for remainder of the year. |

Fees and Costs |
Do you charge the fee monthly, quarterly, or annually?
The fee is charged at the end of the year. It is prorated on a monthly basis |
Are the transaction costs included in the annual fee?
No, the transaction fees charged by the custodians are in addition to the annual fee |
What other services do I receive with the flat fee?
We provide quarterly performance reports, portfolio monitoring, basic portfolio rebalancing, account alerts, semi-annual teleconferences, and secure internet account access. |
May I household my accounts?
Yes, you may household accounts. |
Do you receive any kick-backs for using Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. or TD Ameritrade?
No, we are not compensated by our broker/dealers. We are compensated strictly through management fees charged to our clients.

What is your portfolio methodology?
We apply a passive investment strategy utilizing traditional and enhanced index funds. |
How do you determine the benchmark index?
It will be determined by using broad indices, such as S&P 500, Russell 1000, Russell 2000, and etc. Allocations of each index will depend on the model folio chosen. |
