We are extremely selective on who we work with and have always searched for firms who are leaders in their specific industry. Below is a list of some of the firms who we have a working relationship with.

Custodians

We can manage accounts for clients regardless of where the account is held. However, we recommend using a custodian that we have a relationship with. Currently, most of our clients’ assets are held at Schwab Institutional (division of Charles Schwab & Co.), TD Ameritrade, and TIAA-CREF.

All of these custodians operate discount trading platforms that benefit our clients. Our largest custodian, Schwab Institutional, currently has nearly $1 trillion in client assets.

Index Fund Families

We utilize the enhanced/engineered institutional index funds offered by Dimensional Fund Advisors (DFA). DFA currently has over $120 billion in assets under management and has become a leader in value-based index funds. Through our relationship with DFA, we are able to offer their low cost institutional mutual funds, which carry normal fund minimums, to individual clients. Their standard fund minimum is typically $1 million.

Investment Performance and Reporting

We utilize Advent Software to produce performance reports for our clients. Advent Software is the industry leading provider of investment accounting and performance software for institutional money managers. Advent is used by leading money managers to manage more than $5 trillion in client assets
