Most private real estate funds we recommend are structured as a NAV REIT which offers very good liquidity (liquidity is available monthly, in some cases). The yields range between 4-6%, in addition to an anticipated capital appreciation of 3-5%. The NAV REIT we utilize most for clients is Blackstone’s REIT; the website is The NAV REIT fund with the longest performance record is the JLL Property Income Trust. The last 8+ years of performance is evidence of consistent returns.

Private Credit
Most of the private credit funds utilized are based on floating rate loans. Thus, they are immune from interest rate risk. The yields are above average to traditional publicly traded corporate bonds.
